Euskal RST TreeBanka
The RST Basque-Spanish DELIB Treebank was annotated using the Basque version of the extended classification of discourse relations (Iruskieta et al. 2013) following the Rhetorical Structure Theory (RST) (Mann & Thompson 1988). RSTTool (O'Donnel 2000), an annotation interface for RST was used to annotate this corpus.
The annotated corpus contains 200 argumentative micro-texts in Basque and Spanish written by citizens participating in the Konpondu Initiative (CICR 2007, 2009). It provides an RST analysis of the structure of argumentation of citizens' discourse in a series of deliberative mini-publics.
In this website the user may look up:
all the occurrences of any relation in the corpus,
the relations of a chosen text,
the linear segmentation of a text,
the rhetorical relations that are linked to the central unit in the discourse structure,
any information in the corpus based on part of speech.
