The poster briefly describes main goals of the CLARA-NLP project (www.clara-nlp.uned.es) and the preliminary results of sub-project on Digital Humanities (CLARA-HD, PID2020-116001RB-C32). 

During this first year of the HD sub-project, NLP&IR - UNED sub-group is working to (1)  the development of an annotated corpus from the Diario de Madrid () and its related interface to the support of the historians partner works and (2) the design and experiment with different models to text simplification. Both works are referenced to two CEUR-WS publications, one at SEPLN Conference (Demo) and second atCLEF 2022 (Text Simplification Task).
